Im using an HP Officejet Pro 8600 which has double-sided printing. And if you have created your page using Word in landscape orientation, do not change the orientation in the printer dialog box or in the printer properties. We have this problem at our company - since upgrading to Office 2010 no-one can print booklets in Word from A4 originals. I have several printers to choose from where I work. Every printer's properties will not appear the same. In Libre Office there is a print option to print in reverse. Another question if I may - I have a non-Duplex printer. It does seem that the document has to be in A4 size to print an A5 booklet using the Bookfold option in Page Layout. I know exactly what you are saying that your issue is because I had the same problem until I tried the way that Spiehler suggested.Ĭhange the option "2 pages per sheet" NOT in the print dialog box (the first window to display when printing) but instead in the printer properties box.
